The DigitalTomorrow.eu Award

Every year, young people across Europe pick up a camera and ask a question that matters: what kind of digital future do we actually want? The best answers win.

What We're Looking For

The contest is open to participants aged 14–25. Entries are short-form videos — up to five minutes — exploring any dimension of Europe's digital landscape: AI governance, data rights, online safety, digital inclusion, or the future of work. There's no single right answer. What matters is originality, clarity of argument, and the courage to take a real position.

Submissions are judged across three categories:

  • Best Policy Vision — for videos that propose concrete, thoughtful ideas for digital regulation or governance
  • Best Human Story — for entries that illuminate how digital change affects real lives and communities
  • Audience Choice — voted on by the public during an open online window

Past Winners

Previous winners have come from Poland, Portugal, Greece, Germany, and beyond — students, youth groups, and first-time filmmakers alike. Their work has been screened at European Parliament events and cited in policy discussions. Learn more about the initiative behind the award.
